Question and response to the Invitation to tender

Concerns: procedure conducted on the basis of the Article 11 item 5 clause 1 of the Act of September 11, 2019 – Public Procurement Law (i.e. Journal of Law of 2019 item 2019 as amended) and Act of April 23, 1964 – Civil Code (i.e. Journal of Law of 2020 item 1740 as amended), for delivery of an environmental cell system with a destination of newly build scanning transmission X-ray microscope at the in National Synchrotron Radiation Centre SOLARIS.                                                                                         

QUESTION AND RESPONSE

TO THE INVITATION TO TENDER

 Dear Sirs,

The Ordering Party presents below questions and responses to the Invitation to tender, in the procedure conduced for the abovementioned scope:

Questions 1:

In context of the requested delivery time asked for in this tender: would you consider agreeing to extend the delivery time up to 11 weeks (from two months originally)? I know any potential supply issues with that timeline should be okay that way – these are challenging with the requested 2 months timeline.  Thanks for the consideration!

Response 1:

Due to the need to settle the project in the current calendar year, the Ordering Party agrees to extend the delivery date until December 14 ^th, 2021

The above questions and responses to the Invitation to tender are its integral part.

At the same time, the Ordering Party informs that the deadlines for submitting and opening offers and place will change:

New deadline and place for submitting bids on September 20^th, 2021 at 1:00 p.m., address ul. Straszewskiego 25/4, 31-113 Cracow.

The new date and place for the opening of the bids on September 20^th, 2021 at 1:05 pm, address ul. Straszewskiego 25/4, 31-113 Cracow.
