Concerning the procurement procedure in the field of science, it is conducted under the procedure of announcing an invitation to tender based on art. 11 sec. 5 point 1 of the Act of September 11, 2019 - Public Procurement Law (i.e. Journal of Laws 2019, item 2019, as amended) and the Act of April 23, 1964 - Civil Code (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2020, item 1740, as amended), the subject of which is to select a Contractor for the delivery of a ROA spectrometer for the Faculty of Chemistry of the Jagiellonian University, ul. Gronostajowa 2, 30-387 Krakow.
